Titus Andronicus Act III
Does it seem like Titus is making Lavania feel worse about what has happened by constantly speaking negatively to her for example drowning in her tears? After Marcus kills a fly, Titus states "but! how if that fly had a father and mother?" (line 60). Why does it seem that death is now effecting him so greatly, even though he has murdered many men and lost many sons?

I didnt really get the interpretation that Titus is making Lavania feel worse about what happened. It seemed to me that Titus had sympathy for her. And it is possible now that Titus seems affected by what happened to Lavania because it has witnessed so many murders that it became overwhelming or possibly that he realizes that he was not being a good parent.
