Arron brings the message from the Emperor which requires only one hand, from either Titus, Marcus or Lucius(3.1.150-154). I think a better question to ask is whether Titus, Lucius and Marcus should trust Arron. Think about what these characters know about Arron, and remember that what we, the audience, are made privy to- Arron's monologues and what he does in the woods- these characters are unaware of.
